These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Aspirex Technologies website and the services we provide. By using our website, requesting a quote, or engaging us for any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Our services
We offer domain registration and hosting, web design and development, software development, mobile app development, digital marketing and IT training. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written quotation, proposal or agreement accepted by both parties.
2. Quotes, orders and payments
- Quotes are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
- Work begins after the agreed advance payment is received. Remaining payments are due according to the agreed milestones or on delivery.
- Payments may be made by bank transfer or mobile financial services as stated on the invoice. Late payments may pause work and the launch of the project.
- Third-party costs such as domain registration, premium plugins, licences, paid ads and SMS/API charges are billed separately unless included in the quote.
- Advance and milestone payments for work already started are non-refundable, except where we fail to deliver the agreed scope.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, content, images and approvals on time, and to ensure you have the right to use all materials you supply. Delays in feedback or materials may move delivery dates.
4. Revisions and changes
The number of revision rounds included is stated in the quote. Requests beyond the agreed scope are treated as change requests and may affect price and timeline.
5. Intellectual property
- On full payment, you own the final custom deliverables created specifically for you (such as designs and custom code), unless the agreement says otherwise.
- We keep ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of the deliverable.
- Open-source and third-party components remain under their own licences.
- We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
6. Domain and hosting services
- Domains and hosting are provided for the period you pay for and must be renewed before expiry. We are not liable for loss of a domain or service caused by late renewal.
- Domain registration is subject to the rules of the relevant registry and registrar.
- You must not use hosting for unlawful, harmful, spam, phishing, malware or infringing content. We may suspend or remove services that breach this rule.
- We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and events outside our control may cause downtime.
- Backups are made on a reasonable-efforts basis; you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of important data.
7. Digital marketing
We will use professional skill to plan and run campaigns, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales, as results depend on factors such as platforms, competition and market conditions. Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the platform unless agreed otherwise.
8. IT training
- Enrolment is confirmed after payment of the course fee or the agreed instalment.
- Fees are generally non-refundable once a batch has started. Where a refund is permitted in writing, it will be processed after deducting costs already incurred.
